running finish,

1. at the end of natural turn, lower before getting into the back lock. do not fall into back lock.
2. running finish is SQQS. need to be prepared for the second quick.

We worked on Tango today. Mostly on the posture and hold, then the walk walk link.
1. In the starting position, two feet are together, sitting down, with weight on heel of the foot, give the center to the partner.
2. In the prominent position, follower's right knee is pressing against leader's left knee (i.e. pressing outward, instead of inward), preparing for the next step.
3. Don't be scared.

SQ : promient postion, don't pull shoulder back
Q: close position. but don't over close. put weight on right foot.
S: step straight forward, not arround.
QQ: small steps, at the second Q, left foot is completely prepared to be under body to provide the sharp turn into prominent.

Remember to prepare the foot. Remember to keep the weight in the inside of the right foot on the prominent steps, so that the weight is falling away from the partner.

1. Tango Hold:
a. Leader keep the right hand in front of the ribcage at all time, especially in prominent position.
b. Lady stay left, especially on the link, keep staying on the left to ensure staying behind the leader after turning into prominent.
c. Keep low/connected to the ground. Don't get rise at all. this is not waltz. Don't straigthen the knee when stretching the upper body.
