We worked on Foxtrat. Mainly on the natural to weave.
1. Natrual turn, at the end of the heel turn, should not have body weight falling out of the right side. This is kinda complicated. I need to have knee aligned to the middle of the right foot, and hip sits on top of it(not falling to the right), and upper body stretch to the left.
2. hold. Put the weight to the back. Feels like holding a pilate ball. This should help to keep the right shoulder back. The head need to be an extention of the right line, but face shouldn't be turned too much.
