We first watched the video from Emerald ball.
Then we talked about joints, especially hip joint
1. basically talked about turning the folding the hip joint to create sway.
a. monitor the sway of the hip from the partner
b. Fold my own hip joint to create the sway.
2. two parallel tracks on the legs, to create the sway, one track goes down, the other goes up, Upper body is simply a response to this intention on the leg.
